• Internal and external condition
• Indication of the condition of services i.e. Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Water Supply, Gas Appliances (if these are found to be suspect, further specialist tests can be arranged)
• External works, fences, drives etc
• Including the geographical and environmental position

Other details included:

A remedial repair list with item by item costing guide and appropriate timescales for the repair or renewal, and any particular maintenance requirements.

Also comments on the quality of workmanship and materials used, where applicable.
